2016-2017 AP English Literature and Composition Expectations
The AP Literature and Composition Exam is May 3, 2017, at 8 AM.
Here is a link to multiple-choice answers, with explanations. Remember that going over your multiple-choice errors until you understand the correct answer is a great way to prepare.
Senior portraits are October 25-27 and November 28-30, with retakes in January.
A schedule is forthcoming.
Each senior is given a 15-minute portrait session. Click here to access a digital copy of the order form.
You must confirm your appointment online before your portrait session. Instructions are on the order form sheet. If you wish to change your appointment time, you may do this online at www.photoappointment.com using your confirmation code (located on the appointment schedules).
Note that there is a session fee you must pay for your portrait session. The fee will vary depending on which session you want. A few weeks after your session, you will get proofs of your pictures in the mail. At that point, you’ll go online to pick which pose you want to appear in the yearbook and what you’d like to order, and then you will mail the proofs back to the company for processing. Please note that the $18 session fee for the Basic session is refunded to you when you return your proofs, so it is essentially free to have your portrait taken to appear in the yearbook if you do not personally order copies for yourself. Please see me if you have any questions about any of this.
Each senior has a 15-minute portrait session. Dress neatly. We recommend that boys wear a nice shirt/tie/jacket and girls wear a nice top/blouse. Dark colors work best with the background we use. See Ms. Fox for examples from previous years (see her schedule to the right).
